Rabbi Jonathan Cahn in his Best Seller: The Book of Mysteries, presents us with a very different view of how to understand the Mind of Christ and how it helps us understand the long walk we must follow until we reach Eternity. The plot of this book is developed through a very deep conversation between a "Master" and a pupil, that is, a passerby of life. So the Gospel of Christ, described in the Gospel of Paul, reminds us of the need to change our mentality.

Romans 6.8

I am not saying that it is easy to change our way of acting and thinking, but it is much more difficult not to enjoy the full blessing that Jesus Christ offers us. Possibly, when we are in Heaven, we will discover a room full of unopened gifts just because we did not want to change our minds. Let us break with our own schemes and live with the Mind of Christ that is already in us.

La mejor manera de vivir es aferrado a la Mente de Cristo.

EL Rabino Jonathan Cahn en su Best Seller: El Libro de los Misterios, nos presenta una mirada muy diferente de cómo comprender la Mente de Cristo y cómo esta, nos ayuda a entender el largo caminar que debemos seguir hasta llegar a la Eternidad. La trama de este libro, se desarrolla a través de una conversación muy profunda entre un “Maestro” y un pupilo, es decir un viandante de la vida. De esta manera, el pupilo, comienza a descubrir y comprender, por medio de preguntas, diferentes pasajes y situaciones bíblicas. Esto a su vez, le permite desarrollar conceptos del Reino de Dios  que antes desconocía y así, asimilarlos y ponerlos en práctica como un estilo de vida.

Jesús de Nazaret nos dijo en el libro de Lucas: Entonces dijo a la multitud: Si alguno de ustedes quiere ser mi seguidor, tiene que abandonar su propia manera de vivir, tomar su cruz cada día y seguirme. En otras palabras, debe cambiar su manera de pensar, actuar y vivir. En otros pasaje tenemos: Ella dijo: —Nadie, Señor. Jesús le dijo: —Tampoco yo te condeno. Vete y de ahora en adelante no peques mas. Una vez mas, Jesucristo invita a una persona a cambiar su estilo de vida. Entonces, el Evangelio de Cristo, descrito en el Evangelio de Pablo, nos recuerda la necesidad de cambiar nuestra mentalidad.

“Y SI MORIMOS CON CRISTO, CREEMOS QUE TAMBIÉN VIVIREMOS CON ÉL;”

Romanos 6.8

No digo que sea fácil cambiar nuestra manera de actuar y de pensar, pero es mucho mas difícil no disfrutar de la plena bendición que nos ofrece Jesucristo. Posiblemente, cuando estemos en el Cielo, descubriremos un habitación llega de regalos sin abrir solo porque no quisimos cambiar nuestra manera de pensar. Rompamos con nuestros propios esquemas y vivamos con la Mente de Cristo que ya esta en nosotros.

To live like Jesus Christ is to assume his lifestyle.

THERE are many issues within the Bible that are not very clear to each of us. How can one understand being born again or having a resurrected life? This is one of the most difficult topics to explain, therefore, to understand. It is not a dogma that can be preached just like that. Why? Because to apply this type of teaching implies a change of attitude and mentality. The human being does not like to be told what is wrong and much less, he likes to be scolded or exhorted to repent and change his lifestyle.

“FOR IF WE WERE PLANTED TOGETHER WITH HIM IN THE LIKENESS OF HIS DEATH, SO SHALL WE ALSO BE IN THE LIKENESS OF HIS RESURRECTION;”

Romans 6.5

Jesus of Nazareth was born as the Son of God, but by his decision on Calvary's Cross, he became our Saviour and Redeemer. We can be sure of the holiness and good way of acting of Jesus Christ therefore, he should not have changed his mentality. Hence, we consider that Jesus Christ is our paradigm or model to follow. For a long time I have spoken of the Mind of Christ as an Institution that we must have. Because the Mind of Christ is the only lifestyle and model that we must follow.

“KNOWING THIS, THAT OUR OLD MAN WAS CRUCIFIED TOGETHER WITH HIM, THAT THE BODY OF SIN MAY BE DESTROYED, THAT WE SERVE SIN NO MORE.”

Romans 6.6

So, to understand what it is to have a new life or a resurrected life, is to apply ourselves and change our way of thinking and acting, in this way, we will move away from sin and from everything that distances us from the Presence of God. Knowing how to take advantage of the privilege of having a new life or a risen life brings us closer to the stature of Christ: until we all reach the unity of the faith and of the full knowledge of the Son of God, to the condition of a mature man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

UNA VIDA RESUCITADA

Vivir como Jesucristo es asumir su estilo de vida.

SON muchos los asuntos dentro de la Biblia que no son muy claros para cada uno de nosotros. ¿Cómo se puede entender nacer de nuevo o tener una vida resucitada? Este es uno de los temas más difícil de explicar por lo tanto, de entender. No es un dogma que se pueda predicar así no más. ¿Por qué? Porque para aplicar este tipo de enseñanzas implica un cambio de actitud y de mentalidad. Al ser humano no le gusta que le diga lo qué está mal y mucho menos, le agrada que lo regañen o exhorten para arrepentirse y cambiar el estilo de vida.

“PORQUE SI FUIMOS PLANTADOS JUNTAMENTE CON ÉL EN LA SEMEJANZA DE SU MUERTE, ASÍ TAMBIÉN LO SEREMOS EN LA DE SU RESURRECCIÓN;”

Romanos 6.5

Jesús de Nazaret nació como el Hijo de Dios, pero por su decisión en la Cruz del Calvario, se hizo nuestro Salvador y Redentor. Podemos estar seguros de la santidad y buena manera de actuar de Jesucristo por lo tanto, él no debió cambiar su mentalidad. De allí, que consideremos qué Jesucristo es nuestro paradigma o modelo a seguir. Durante mucho tiempo he hablado de la Mente de Cristo como una Institución que debemos tener. Porque la Mente de Cristo es el único estilo de vida y modelo que debemos seguir.

Entonces, llegar a comprender qué es tener una nueva vida o una vida resucitada, es aplicarnos y cambiar nuestra manera de pensar y de actuar, de esta manera, nos alejaremos del pecado y de todo aquello que nos distancia de la Presencia de Dios. Saber aprovechar el privilegio de tener una vida nueva o una vida resucitada nos acerca a la estatura de Cristo: hasta que todos lleguemos a la unidad de la fe y del conocimiento pleno del Hijo de Dios, a la condición de un hombre maduro, a la medida de la estatura de la plenitud de Cristo.

Can an adult human being be born again?

ON one occasion, Jesus of Nazareth was giving a teaching to an old Jewish minister. This man, who was very knowledgeable about Torah, was moved by the love and wisdom of Jesus Christ. So he asked the Master, Nicodemus told him: How can a man be born when he is already old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born? Therefore, today we can ask ourselves the same question, especially when we have to break with cultures and traditions that we have accumulated for so many years. The Word of God reminds us: Therefore, he who is united to Christ is a new person. Old things passed away; they became something new.

“OR DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT ALL OF US WHO HAVE BEEN BAPTISED INTO CHRIST JESUS ​​HAVE BEEN BAPTISED INTO HIS DEATH?”

Romans 6.3

By accepting the Gospel of Christ into our lives we begin to live under the identity of Christ. And just as the previous verses say, everything that we used to be, has now been renewed. How to understand all this divine process of redemption and new opportunities? I will give an example, two young people grow up together, but one of them takes the wrong path full of acts that do not lead to crime and was accused. The other young man followed the right path, studied law and became a judge. In a trial, the judge discovered that his friend was the accused. The Judge did justice, sentencing the defendant both in time and with financial compensation. At the end of the trial, the Judge paid all the money owed and during the time the sentence lasted, he accompanied his friend in the rehabilitation process until he was released from prison, being a worthy and useful person for society. Something similar is what God offers us. Let us not miss this precious opportunity. Let us accept the new life that Jesus Christ offers us.

¿Acaso un ser humano adulto puede nacer de nuevo?

EN ocasión, Jesús de Nazaret estaba dando una enseñanza a un viejo ministro judío. Este hombre, quien tenia mucho conocimiento de la Torah, fue conmovido por el amor y sabiduría de Jesucristo. Así que este le preguntó al Maestro, Nicodemo le dijo: ¿Cómo puede un hombre nacer siendo ya viejo? ¿Acaso puede entrar por segunda vez en el vientre de su madre y nacer? Por lo cual, hoy podemos hacernos nosotros la misma pregunta, sobre todo cuando tenemos que romper con culturas y tradiciones que durante tantos años hemos acumulado. La Palabra de Dios nos recuerda: Por lo tanto, el que está unido a Cristo es una nueva persona. Las cosas viejas pasaron; se convirtieron en algo nuevo.

“¿O NO SABÉIS QUE TODOS LOS QUE HEMOS SIDO BAUTIZADOS EN CRISTO JESÚS, HEMOS SIDO BAUTIZADOS EN SU MUERTE?”

Romanos 6.3

Al aceptar el Evangelio de Cristo en nuestras vidas comenzamos a vivir bajo la identidad de Cristo. Y tal como dicen los versículos anteriores, todo lo que antes éramos, ahora ha sido renovado. Ahora gozamos del favor y gracia de Dios. Todo aquello que hicimos ha sido cancelado por Dios. Gracias al bautismo de Cristo tenemos ese nuevo nacimiento.  Gracias al amor del Padre, quien mismo pagó por nosotros, todo aquello que debe ser removido de nosotros, en el bautismo de Cristo, lo hacemos. 

“PORQUE SOMOS SEPULTADOS JUNTAMENTE CON ÉL PARA MUERTE POR EL BAUTISMO, A FIN DE QUE COMO CRISTO RESUCITÓ DE LOS MUERTOS POR LA GLORIA DEL PADRE, ASÍ TAMBIÉN NOSOTROS ANDEMOS EN VIDA NUEVA.”

Romanos 6.4

¿Cómo entender todo este proceso divino de redención y de nuevas oportunidades? Daré un ejemplo, dos jóvenes se crian juntos, pero uno de ellos toma el camino incorrecto lleno de actos que no llevan a delinquir y fue acusado. El otro joven, siguió el camino correcto, cursó la carrera de derecho y llegó a convertirse en Juez. Un un juicio, el Juez descubrió que su amigo era el acusado. El Juez hizo justicia, condenando al reo tanto en tiempo como con una indemnización económica. Al finalizar el juicio, el Juez pagó todo el dinero adeudado y el tiempo que duró la condena, acompañó su amigo en el proceso de rehabilitación hasta que salió de la cárcel, siendo una persona digna y útil para la sociedad. Algo parecido es lo que nos ofrece Dios. No desaprovechemos esta preciosa oportunidad. Aceptemos la nueva vida que nos ofrece Jesucristo.

Romans 6.1

The Gospel of Christ offers us the freedom to live without sin. And if at some point we make a mistake or miss the mark, God has given us grace and justification. Romans 6.2
