                                       THE act of preaching the word of God is a healthy habit. We must be aware that preaching the word of God will cause us problems in many cases. When we begin to teach about the wonders that God has done in each one-off us, we will encounter opposition, lawsuits, and disputes. In many cases, these problems will start in the home itself because we become the target. For this reason, each step, action, or word that we emit we must be very careful, because it is God who we are representing and of course it is from his kingdom that we are preaching.

 

“Rising up from there, he came to the region of Judea and across the Jordan; and the people returned to join him, and again he taught them as he used to."

 

Mark 10. 1

 

Jesus Christ was always the target of both people seeking God and those who wanted to see Jesus of Nazareth fallen, defeated, and sentenced, just as later in the life of Jesus Christ will be. In our daily walk in this life, it will be the same, unfortunately we are not Jesus of Nazareth. However, the same Holy Spirit of God who acted in him is who lives in us and by that affiliation we have with Heavenly Father, we will reach the goal proposed by God: the stature of Christ.

 

"And the Pharisees approached and asked him, to tempt him, if it was lawful for a husband to put away his wife."

 

Mark 10. 2

 

 

Terrible situations will come to us in life, and we will have to know how to overcome. We have the earnest of faith: The Spirit of God himself and his guidance, protection, and love from him. Let us head safely to the final goal: to extend the kingdom of heaven wherever we are. Let us not let the wiles of the adversary defeat us. Let us remember that in Jesus Christ we are more than victorious and although it sounds easier said than done, let us live with joy, despite the trials, struggles and difficulties, because the joy that God gave us, nothing and nobody will take it away from us.

DOUBT LEADS TO STUPIDITY

 

 

Not clarifying doubts in the first moment will take us away from the truth.

 

 

 

                                       ACCORDING to the RAE, stupor is defined as: the decrease in the activity of intellectual functions, accompanied by a certain air or aspect of astonishment or indifference. The RAE says of the word stupidity: Remarkable clumsiness in understanding things. As Christians it often seems to us that stupidity is associated with insult and contempt for people. The apostle Paul warns us in the first letter written to the church like this: as it is written: God gave them a spirit of amazement, eyes with which they do not see and ears with which they do not hear, to this day. As the church of Christ, we need to proclaim the truth of the Gospel in a way that is understandable and easily understood. Having this consideration is not at any time an insult or contempt, in any case and using myself as an example, I will tell you the same thing that I said to my professor of Theology of the Holy Spirit: teach me how to stupid, because there are things that I do not understand the first time and I do not know because of my carelessness in my days as a college student.

 

"But they did not understand this word and were afraid to ask him."

Jesus Christ during his ministry announced up to three times his death and resurrection and his truth; if my teacher told me or anyone I love did, he would most certainly not understand it either. Before this verse, Christ announces his death and resurrection, but the apostles with their understanding covered with that spirit of astonishment, instead of inquiring intimately with the Master, began to speak among themselves, thus, that doubt that was in them he continued to substantiate stupidity.

 

“And he came to Capernaum; and when he was at home, he asked them: What were you arguing with each other on the way?”

 

Mark 9. 33

 

 

Dear brothers in Christ, enough of being in doubt. Let us approach God and ask openly before his presence about the dreams, destinies, and purposes that he has for each one of us. Although it is God who allows that spirit of stupor to act in us, now that we have knowledge, let us reject the demonic action of it in our minds and ask God to free us from it. It is time to begin to see things and understand life as Jesus of Nazareth did. Perhaps, this small detail is the one that brings us closer to understanding that the Mind of Christ that is already in us must be activated and we must learn to live according to this model and thus reach the stature of Christ.

Being grateful and enjoying what you have is living at ease with what you have, but knowing that things will improve.

 

 

                                        THE train was passed, says the Hispanic saying for people who did not marry. When I have been able to share with people who live a single lifestyle, I usually ask them: what led them to have this lifestyle? And digging a little deeper you can see their demands on future couples. These types of people are apparently looking for the perfect individual to suit them. This in itself shows a high degree of selfishness, because they are not willing to give up their mentality and in reality, they do not want their privacy space to be invaded even by a human being that they want to love. In the same way, when a person tells me that he does not listen to God, that he does not know the heart of God and that he will not pay the price of living an intimate life with God, I understand his selfishness. This feeling does not allow us to see that God speaks in thousands of ways, that he sends us direct and indirect messages on matters relevant to us and that God is always watching over us.

 

 

"But I tell you that Elijah has already come, and they did whatever they wanted to him, as it is written about him."

Mark 9. 13

 

The people of Israel had for many years the very presence of the Most High. However, this fact was not enough to fully consecrate themselves to God, but, hidden in their false rituals and taking religiosity to an unattainable extreme, they made God their exclusive God and did not share it with the surrounding nations. This fact, a selfish act in itself, did not allow them to see that the power and spirit of Elijah that they also expected to see, had already taken place right under their noses. They did not even know that John the Baptist is clothed with the same power, authority and spirit as the prophet Elijah.

 

"When he got to where his disciples were, he saw a great crowd around them, and scribes arguing with them."

Mark 9. 14

 

 

God has not stopped speaking to human beings. God is always aware of the problems of humanity. It is not worth getting into false discussions with those who, having the opportunity to be with God himself, hide in their religiosity and pseudo-holy lifestyle, so as not to deal with other people because they are not worthy of them. Jesus Christ both in his ministerial time, on the Cross and now sitting on the throne of God, has taught us to give without expecting anything in return, another teaching has been the need to perfect the law to bring the individual closer to God. Please, let's not hinder people, let's get away from selfishness and get closer to God and let this approach bring with it, more soul for God.
