A GOOD FOUNDATION

Although they are not seen, the foundations are essential in any good construction.

FOR  many years I worked as a construction mason in Spain. There I learned the trade and I had a good teacher called "Pepe". He constantly explained to me the importance of laying a good foundation, because the stability of the house depended on it. I also learned that, when you want to erect a building, the base has to be made deeper and wider, otherwise, the work itself would give way and thus, it would be a terrible problem and almost impossible to solve. Human life, and even more Christian life, is a process of constant building. This construction of life will take us to many ups and downs, tests and challenges. And the worst thing, so to speak, is that when we think we have overcome it, we enter a new stage in said construction, but if we do not have a good base, everything will be in vain.

"FOR IF YOUR EXCLUSION FROM HIM IS THE RECONCILIATION OF THE WORLD, WHAT WILL BE YOUR ADMISSION FROM HIM, BUT LIFE FROM THE DEAD?"

Romans 11. 15

The Gospel of Christ is to be our good foundation. Therefore, we can see people who build in vain in their lives. Jesus Christ exposed this beautiful parable which is very valid in our lives: Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rains fell, the rivers swelled, and the winds blew and lashed that house; however, the house did not collapse because it was founded on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rains fell, the rivers swelled, the winds blew and lashed that house. It collapsed, and great was its ruin. We can be sure that we have a good foundation in the Christian life, because Jesus of Nazareth was a practicing Israelite Jew and he was the only one who fulfilled the Law of God for each one of us.

“IF THE FIRST FRUITS ARE HOLY, SO IS THE REMAINING DOUGH; AND IF THE ROOT IS HOLY, SO ARE THE BRANCHES.”

Romans 11. 16

The great question that humanity often asks is: what is the true religion? For which, I do not have any kind of answer because I do not preach any religion. I preach Jesus Christ, and him resurrected, knowing that with it, He reunited us with the Heavenly Father and gave us eternal life. And I try every time I can to extend the kingdom of Christ throughout humanity.

UNA BUENA BASE

Aunque no se ven, los cimientos son fundamentales en toda buena construcción.

DURANTE muchos años trabajé como albañil de la construcción en España. Allí aprendí el oficio y conté con un buen Maestro llamado “Pepe”. Él me explicaba constantemente lo importante de hacer una buena cimentación, porque de ella dependía la estabilidad de la casa. También aprendí que, cuando se quiere levantar una edificio, la base se ha de hacer mas profunda y ancha, de otra manera, la propia obra, cedería y así, sería un problema terrible y casi imposible de solucionar. La vida humana y cuanto más la vida cristiana, es un proceso de constante edificación. Esta construcción de vida, nos llevará a muchísimos altibajos, pruebas y retos. Y lo peor por así decirlo es que, cuando creemos que lo hemos superado, entramos en una nueva etapa en dicha construcción, pero si no tenemos una buena base, todo será en vano.

“PORQUE SI SU EXCLUSIÓN ES LA RECONCILIACIÓN DEL MUNDO, ¿QUÉ SERÁ SU ADMISIÓN, SINO VIDA DE ENTRE LOS MUERTOS?”

Romanos 11. 15

El Evangelio de Cristo ha de ser nuestra buena base. Por ello, podemos ver personas que edifican en vano en sus vidas. Jesucristo expuso esta bella parábola la cual tiene mucha validez en nuestra vida: Por tanto, todo el que me oye estas palabras y las pone en práctica es como un hombre prudente que construyó su casa sobre la roca. Cayeron las lluvias, crecieron los ríos, y soplaron los vientos y azotaron aquella casa; con todo, la casa no se derrumbó porque estaba cimentada sobre la roca. Pero todo el que me oye estas palabras y no las pone en práctica es como un hombre insensato que construyó su casa sobre la arena. Cayeron las lluvias, crecieron los ríos, soplaron los vientos y azotaron aquella casa. Esta se derrumbó, y grande fue su ruina. Nosotros podemos estar seguros de tener una buena base en la vida Cristana, porque Jesús de Nazaret fue un Judío Israelita practicante y él fue el único que cumplió la Ley de Dios por cada uno de nosotros. 

“SI LAS PRIMICIAS SON SANTAS, TAMBIÉN LO ES LA MASA RESTANTE; Y SI LA RAÍZ ES SANTA, TAMBIÉN LO SON LAS RAMAS.”

Romanos 11. 16

La gran pregunta que suele hacerse la humanidad es: ¿cuál es la religión verdadera? Para lo cual, no tengo ningún tipo de respuesta debido a que no predico ninguna religión. Yo predico a Jesucristo, y a él resucitado, sabiendo que con ello, nos reunifico con el Padre Celestial y nos dio la vida eterna. Y procuro cada vez que puedo, extender el reino de Cristo por toda la humanidad.

Хотя их не видно, фундамент необходим для любого хорошего строительства.

B течение многих лет я работал строительным каменщиком в Испании. Там я научился ремеслу, и у меня был хороший учитель по имени «Пепе». Он постоянно объяснял мне важность закладки хорошего фундамента, ведь от этого зависела устойчивость дома. Я также узнал, что, когда вы хотите возвести здание, фундамент должен быть глубже и шире, иначе сама работа будет давать сбои, и, таким образом, это будет ужасная проблема, которую почти невозможно решить. Человеческая жизнь, а тем более христианская жизнь, есть процесс постоянного созидания. Это строительство жизни приведет нас ко многим взлетам и падениям, испытаниям и испытаниям. И самое, так сказать, самое ужасное, что когда мы думаем, что преодолели его, мы вступаем в новый этап упомянутого строительства, но если у нас нет хорошей базы, все будет напрасно.

Евангелие Христа должно быть нашим хорошим основанием. Поэтому мы можем видеть людей, которые напрасно строят в своей жизни. Иисус Христос изложил эту прекрасную притчу, которая очень применима в нашей жизни: Итак, всякий, кто слышит эти слова мои и исполняет их, подобен мудрому, построившему дом свой на камне. Пошли дожди, реки вздулись, подули ветры и хлестнули тот дом; однако дом не рухнул, потому что был основан на скале. Но всякий, кто слышит эти мои слова и не претворяет их в жизнь, подобен глупцу, построившему свой дом на песке. Пошли дожди, вздулись реки, подули ветры и хлестнули тот дом. Он рухнул, и велики были его разорения. Мы можем быть уверены, что у нас есть хорошее основание в христианской жизни, потому что Иисус из Назарета был практикующим израильским евреем, и он был единственным, кто исполнил Закон Божий для каждого из нас.

Великий вопрос, который часто задает человечество: что такое истинная религия? На что у меня нет никакого ответа, потому что я не проповедую никакой религии. Я проповедую Иисуса Христа и Его воскресшего, зная, что вместе с ним Он воссоединил нас с Небесным Отцом и дал нам вечную жизнь. И я стараюсь каждый раз, когда могу, распространить Царство Христово на человечество.

UMA BOA BASE

Embora não sejam vistos, os alicerces são essenciais em qualquer boa construção.

DURANTE muitos anos trabalhei como pedreiro na Espanha. Lá aprendi o ofício e tive um bom professor chamado "Pepe". Ele constantemente me explicava a importância de estabelecer uma boa base, porque a estabilidade da casa dependia disso. Aprendi também que, quando se quer erguer um prédio, a base tem que ser mais profunda e mais larga, caso contrário, a própria obra cede e, assim, seria um problema terrível e quase impossível de resolver. A vida humana, e mais ainda a vida cristã, é um processo de construção constante. Essa construção da vida nos levará a muitos altos e baixos, testes e desafios. E o pior, por assim dizer, é que quando achamos que superamos, entramos em uma nova etapa nessa construção, mas se não tivermos uma boa base, tudo será em vão.

"POIS SE A SUA EXCLUSÃO É A RECONCILIAÇÃO DO MUNDO, O QUE SERÁ A SUA ADMISSÃO, MAS A VIDA DOS MORTOS?"

Romanos 11. 15

O Evangelho de Cristo deve ser nosso bom fundamento. Portanto, podemos ver pessoas que constroem em vão em suas vidas. Jesus Cristo expôs esta bela parábola que é muito válida em nossas vidas: Portanto, todo aquele que ouve estas minhas palavras e as põe em prática é como um homem sábio que construiu sua casa sobre a rocha. As chuvas caíram, os rios cresceram e os ventos sopraram e açoitaram aquela casa; no entanto, a casa não desabou porque foi fundada sobre a rocha. Mas todo aquele que ouve estas minhas palavras e não as põe em prática é como um homem insensato que construiu sua casa na areia. As chuvas caíram, os rios encheram, os ventos sopraram e açoitaram aquela casa. Desmoronou, e grande foi sua ruína. Podemos ter certeza de que temos um bom fundamento na vida cristã, porque Jesus de Nazaré foi um judeu israelita praticante e foi o único que cumpriu a Lei de Deus para cada um de nós.

“SE AS PRIMEIRAS FRUTOS SÃO SANTAS, TAMBÉM O RESTO DA MASSA; E SE A RAIZ É SANTA, TAMBÉM OS RAMOS.”

Romanos 11. 16

A grande pergunta que a humanidade frequentemente faz é: qual é a verdadeira religião? Para isso, não tenho nenhum tipo de resposta porque não prego nenhuma religião. Eu prego Jesus Cristo, e ele ressuscitou, sabendo que com isso, ele nos reuniu com o Pai Celestial e nos deu a vida eterna. E tento sempre que posso estender o reino de Cristo por toda a humanidade.

I HAVE ALSO SINNED

God uses me despite my imperfections.

I DO NOT  know the first human being who is without sin. In any case, God can use whoever he wants to make an instrument of blessings for the rest of humanity. A few years ago, I remember having a conversation with my father-in-law, in which he told me about the need to be totally pure or holy to be a representative of God, which is totally true. The problem arises when people pretend that human beings who are priests of God, walk a foot above the ground and that our religious holiness is such that through our pores, we perspire angelic fragrances instead of smelly sweat. Personally, I really like to speculate, but considering that we priests should be like that definitely borders on stupidity.

"AND IF HIS TRANSGRESSION FROM HIM IS THE WEALTH OF THE WORLD, AND HIS DEFECTION FROM HIM THE WEALTH OF THE GENTILES, HOW MUCH MORE IS HIS FULL RESTORATION?"

Romans 11. 12

The Gospel of Christ reaches our hearts and will make changes in our lives. On many occasions, these changes will be transcendental and on others, it will take us years to achieve a definitive change. The Jewish people of Israel served as an example for the Church, with this it is intended that the same errors that we have recorded in the OT are not repeated. However, this does not mean that they are better or worse than us. The saying goes: “ignoring the past will make us repeat the same thing in the future”. For this reason, we have the OT as a biblical testimony of what we have and do not have to do.

"BECAUSE I SPEAK TO YOU, GENTILES. BECAUSE I AM AN APOSTLE TO THE GENTILES, I HONOR MY MINISTRY, IN CASE I MAY IN SOME WAY MAKE THOSE OF MY BLOOD JEALOUS, AND MAKE SOME OF THEM SAVED.”

Romans 11. 13-14

Jesus Christ said: Let one of you who is without sin cast the first stone… Woman, where are you? Does no one condemn you anymore? Nobody, sir. Nor do I condemn you. Now leave and do not sin again. If Jesus of Nazareth did not condemn this woman, why should we condemn others knowing that we also have sins? Why should we condemn nations, cultures, ethnic groups and races, knowing that in the recent past, we were also as they are today? Let us not condemn anyone, let us extend the kingdom of Christ, let us demonstrate the love of God for all humanity.

TAMBIÉN HE PECADO

Dios me usa a pesar de mis imperfecciones.

NO conozco al primer ser humano que esté libre de pecado. De todas maneras, Dios se puede valer de quién quiera para hacer un instrumento de bendiciones para el resto de la humanidad. Hace unos cuantos años atrás, recuerdo tener una conversación con mi suegro, en ella, él me comentaba sobre la necesidad de ser totalmente puro o santo para ser un representante de Dios, lo cual es totalmente cierto. El problema surge cuando, las personas pretenden que los seres humanos que somos sacerdotes de Dios, caminemos un palmo por encima del suelo y que sea tal nuestra santidad religiosa, que por nuestros poros, transpiremos fragancias angelicales en vez de sudor maloliente. Personalmente, me gusta muchísimo elucubrar, pero considerar que los sacerdotes debemos ser así, roza definitivamente, con la estupidez.  

“Y SI SU TRANSGRESIÓN ES LA RIQUEZA DEL MUNDO, Y SU DEFECCIÓN LA RIQUEZA DE LOS GENTILES, ¿CUÁNTO MÁS SU PLENA RESTAURACIÓN?”

Romanos 11. 12

El Evangelio de Cristo llega a nuestros corazones y hará cambios en nuestras vidas. En muchas ocasiones, esos cambio serán transcendentales y en otros, nos tardaremos años en conseguir un cambio definitivo. El pueblo judío de Israel, sirvió de ejemplo para la Iglesia, con ello se pretende que no se repitan los mismos errores que tenemos registrados en el AT. Sin embargo, esto no significan que ellos sean mejores o peores que nosotros. El dicho dice: “desconocer el pasado, nos hará repetir lo mismo en el futuro”. Por ello, tenemos el AT cómo testimonio bíblico de lo que tenemos y no tenemos que hacer.

“PORQUE A VOSOTROS HABLO, GENTILES. POR CUANTO YO SOY APÓSTOL A LOS GENTILES, HONRO MI MINISTERIO, POR SI EN ALGUNA MANERA PUEDA PROVOCAR A CELOS A LOS DE MI SANGRE, Y HACER SALVOS A ALGUNOS DE ELLOS.”

Romanos 11. 13-14

Jesucristo dijo: Aquel de ustedes que esté libre de pecado, que tire la primera piedra… Mujer, ¿dónde están?¿Ya nadie te condena? Nadie, Señor. Tampoco yo te condeno. Ahora vete, y no vuelvas a pecar. Si Jesús de Nazaret no condenó a esta mujer, ¿por qué nosotros debemos condenar a los demás sabiendo que también nosotros tenemos pecados? ¿Por que hemos de condenar naciones, culturas, etnias y razas, sabiendo que un pasado reciente, nosotros también estábamos como ellos lo están hoy? No condenemos a nadie, extendamos el reino de Cristo, demostremos el amor de Dios por toda la humanidad.

EU TAMBÉM PEQUEI

Deus me usa apesar das minhas imperfeições.

EU NÃO conheço o primeiro ser humano que não tem pecado. De qualquer forma, Deus pode usar quem quiser para fazer um instrumento de bênçãos para o resto da humanidade. Há alguns anos, lembro-me de uma conversa com meu sogro, na qual ele me falou sobre a necessidade de ser totalmente puro ou santo para ser representante de Deus, o que é totalmente verdade. O problema surge quando as pessoas afirmam que os seres humanos que são sacerdotes de Deus andam um palmo acima do solo e que nossa santidade religiosa é tal que pelos nossos poros transpiramos fragrâncias angelicais em vez de suor fedorento. Pessoalmente, gosto muito de especular, mas considerando que nós, padres, devemos ser assim, definitivamente beira a estupidez.

"E SE A SUA TRANSGRESSÃO É A RIQUEZA DO MUNDO, E A SUA DEFEIÇÃO A RIQUEZA DOS GENTIOS, QUANTO MAIS A SUA RESTAURAÇÃO COMPLETA?"

Romanos 11. 12

O Evangelho de Cristo atinge nossos corações e fará mudanças em nossas vidas. Em muitas ocasiões, essas mudanças serão transcendentais e em outras, levaremos anos para conseguirmos uma mudança definitiva. O povo judeu de Israel serviu de exemplo para a Igreja, com isso pretende-se que os mesmos erros que registramos no AT não se repitam. No entanto, isso não significa que eles são melhores ou piores do que nós. Diz o ditado: “ignorar o passado nos fará repetir a mesma coisa no futuro”. Por esta razão, temos o AT como testemunho bíblico do que temos e não temos que fazer.

“PORQUE EU FALO COM VOCÊS, GENTIOS. PORQUE SOU APÓSTOLO PARA OS GENTIOS, HONRO O MEU MINISTÉRIO, CASO POSSA DE ALGUMA FORMA FAZER AQUELES DO MEU SANGUE CIÚMES, E SALVAR ALGUNS.”

Romanos 11. 13-14

Jesus Cristo disse: Atire a primeira pedra um de vocês que não tiver pecado... Mulher, onde estás? Ninguém mais te condena? Ninguém, senhor. Nem eu te condeno. Agora vá e não peque novamente. Se Jesus de Nazaré não condenou essa mulher, por que devemos condenar os outros sabendo que também temos pecados? Por que devemos condenar nações, culturas, etnias e raças, sabendo que no passado recente também fomos como são hoje? Não condenemos ninguém, estendamos o reino de Cristo, demonstremos o amor de Deus por toda a humanidade.
