TODAYthe prosperity of any person is recognised for
the status, for the economy, for the socio-cultural position that it possesses.
Even within the Christian circle this usually happens: we consider a successful
or effective pastor is by the number of faithful that his church has. In the
same way, we consider a minister attractive because of the supernatural gifts
of the Holy Spirit that he manifests or because of his ability to fill stadiums
in an evangelism campaign. In one way or another, we make the exact same
mistakes as those we are criticizing. Therefore, we must be very careful what
we speak, do and listen to. Let us remember the biblical verse that says: He
who is good is good inside him and talks about what he has there, in the same
way the bad is inside him and talks about what he has there; Because words
reveal what's inside. Therefore, we have to fill our hearts with the
truths of God. In this way, we will never get out of his perfect will. One of
those truths is to consider that in this life we have nothing, nor do we possess. Everything that our supposed title of
ownership has, is literally loaned: Each one according to the gift he has
received, minister it to the others, as good stewards of the manifold grace of
God. Everything we have is a gift from God. Everything is from God.

Romans 1. 9
What was the intense need of the Apostle Paul to be crying out for the Church
of Rome? And we could consider that for the Apostle, the only property that he
had was his relationship with God and of course, as a fruit, he felt as his own
the churches that God had allowed him to found, without clearly forgetting that
in reality, everything belongs to him. God. Lack of humility is killing us and
taking us away from the reality of living a good healthy relationship with God.
And it is that the heart of the human being is easily corrupted and we forget
that our absolute independence is subject to our dependence on God.
"PRAYING THAT IN SOME WAY I HAVE AT LAST,
BY THE WILL OF GOD, A PROSPEROUS JOURNEY TO GO TO YOU."
Paul, despite being very used to all the Jewish culture and the religion
that he carried, managed to transform his mentality and take the Mind of Christ
and live according to this lifestyle. Jesus Christ depended on Heavenly Father,
so the Apostle learned to depend on God's will for everything. Paul learned
that to be prosperous was to have God and live according to his will: But
the time will come, and indeed has already come, when true worshipers will
worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for people who
worship him like this. God is Spirit, and those who worship him must worship
him in spirit and in truth. So what is it to be a true worshiper in
spirit and truth?
God bless you.
