WITHOUT RESPECT FOR ANYTHING
More and more we are plunged into a society without values and without
respect for anything or anyone.
IN schools it is now common to have the isolation
room. In this class, they take the boys who, because of their sharing, deserve
to be deprived of sharing with their classmates, as they distract the rest of
the class. But what about those students who have to remain in isolation every
day? The misunderstanding of secularism and secularization that took everything
sacred out of public institutions has made a tremendous breach in the world
educational system. Previously, the teacher was a symbol of respect and
authority. Now, in most of the world the teacher is a colleague, super
controlled and in many cases, intimidated by the institutions and by the
students. I only know from Japan that the respect for a teacher is such that
even the Emperor himself presents an exclusive permission for them. Jesus
Christ said: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all
your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And
the second is similar: You will love your neighbour as yourself.
"Finally, still having a son of his,
beloved, he sent him also to them, saying: They will have respect for my
son."
Mark 12. 6
If we cannot respect our equals who are made of
flesh and blood and we know that our actions hurt him, why should we respect a
God who does not even believe in him? The other point of not respecting God, we
can evidence in climate change. We do not respect the Creator, so why should we
respect the creation? Consider global political corruption, isn't the lack of
respect for God and human beings at the root of that corruption?
“But those husbandmen said among themselves:
This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours."
Mark 12. 7
God the Father knows and knows our heart, even
with everything and this God expects in us to have another attitude towards him
and everything that God did for our lives. If we add respect to being grateful,
each day we will reach the final goal, to reach the stature of Christ. Let us
trust God, let us be grateful and respect God and all those around us.
